Here’s how a return works

1. Apply online
2. Wait for confirmation, with address information, from DUSTBAG.CH
   We may need further information - thank you very much if you help us to find a solution.
3. After confirmation, send the item back to the address you have been given, by the deadline indicated
4. Once we have received and checked your return, exchange, credit due will be applied to your customer account (voucher code)
