Product returns
Have you ordered the wrong product? Then you have the option of returning the product for credit or exchanging it within 14 days.
Swiss law does not generally provide for a right of return. Normally, it is not possible to withdraw from a purchase contract. However, as part of our goodwill, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 14 days from the date of the delivery note/invoice*.
You think you have received the wrong product? Together we will always find a solution. To do this, it may be necessary for us to require supplementary information from you in order to determine the cause and provide assistance. We will contact you after the return request to agree on a possible exchange together. IMPORTANT – please do not send anything back until we have been able to check all the details. Eligible for return
A return for credit at the purchase price with deduction of a processing fee is possible if
- the original packaging is present (also opened)
- the items are unused and do not show any signs of use/soiling
- the delivery note/invoice date is no more than 14 days ago
- the return shipment is coordinated with DUSTBAG.CH and the customer does not wish an exchange
The handling fee is CHF 15 and will be deducted from the credit note – In the case of exchanges, the charge is usually waived. The handling fee serves to cover costs in the redemption process.
No right of return
A return for credit is excluded if
- the original packaging is not present
- accessories are missing (filters, adapters, etc.)
- consumables are opened (Deo pearls, deo sticks, etc.)
- items are soiled
- items were procured at the customer's request (special procurement)
- the return was not communicated in advance and confirmed by DUSTBAG.CH
This is how the return or exchange works
- Register your request online.
- Wait for confirmation of return with address information from DUSTBAG.CH.
- After confirmation, send the goods back to the address you received within the specified time period.
- As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will issue a credit note, if applicable.
Important: To avoid additional costs, please do not place a new order before our confirmation!
